I picked this little planter up for a few dollars, thought it would make a cute addition to the yucky yard!
*Before* You can barely see it!
*After* I still need to a little touch up, I ran out of white paint.
Maybe I should have painted this pink.
I even did a little replanting, not sure what type of flower these are, I just got them out of the yard.
They were both purple, so I planted them together.
I also purchased some seed packs, think I'll try my hand at germinating and see how that turns out.
Fun planter and I love the two colors! The snow is almost all melted...can't wait for spring.

Super cute. I'm looking for a quick paint project as well.
ReplyDeleteWow I love that. My husband goes gardening and flower crazy in the spring and summer.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
I totally am into bicyles and this makes a wonderful planter. I believe those are violets in your pot which wont bloom all summer I dont believe. Some trailing ivy would look nice also as it twined around the bike. Love it. LJ
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute planter! I think this looks like the perfect addition to your garden!

That turned out so cute! Great transformation!
ReplyDeleteHi Kim! The larger plant looks like Tradescantia... or commonly called Spiderwort!
ReplyDeleteYour Garden is going to be a lot of fun this year!
